A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of Criminal Complaint Case No.490/2022 titled as Reserve Bank of India vs. Sride Tech Pvt. Ltd. pending in the Court of learned ACMM in which the petitioner has been summoned vide Order dated 18.04.2022 and also to issue directions to the respondent to compound the offence as provide under Section 31 of PSS Act. 4.
