Dated 24.11.2015, all Commercial disputes including the present matter of the value of less than Rs.1.0 Crore, were ordered to be transferred, but in view of order dated 03.12.2015 in W.P.(C) 11035/2015 & C.M. APPL. 28492/2015 (STAY) in the case of 'Vifor (International) Ltd. Vs. The High Court of Delhi', the aforesaid order as far as IPR matters are concerned, has been stayed till next date of hearing of 19.01.2016 in the said case.
