On the request of learned counsel for the parties, this Court, vide order dated 10.07.2025, referred the matter to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the avenues to settle the dispute 2.

After due deliberations before the mediation centre, the parties have amicably settled the dispute and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 19.08.2025, which has been placed on record alongwith the appeal. 3.

As per the terms of the settlement agreement dated 19.08.2025, the appellant, upon receiving the subject laptop (less Hard Drives), shall return/pay back the respective invoice amount of Rs.4,19,962/- (Rupees Four Lakh Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Two only) to the respondent, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in full and final settlement of all claims and disputes between the parties. 4.

The parties are bound by the terms and conditions of the said settlement agreement dated 19.08.2025.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal. Accordingly the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. 6.

Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
