This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of 9 months to make and publish the award. 5.
It is stated that the final arguments are going on and thereafter the award will be reserved for pronouncement.

Issue notice. Mr. Bamniyal, learned counsel on instructions accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed.
