This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 6 months to make and publish the award. 5.

It is stated that since one of the parties is in CIRP, hence there has been a delay.

Issue notice. Mr. Garg, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed.
