The petitioner in the instant writ petition raises his grievance to nondisposal of his complaint which is stated to have been made to the Special Task Force (STF). The learned counsel, therefore, submits that the STF is directed to decide the said complaint in accordance with law. 2.

I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have also perused the record. 3.

The facts of the case indicate a longstanding dispute between the petitioner and respondent No. 2. A perusal of the complaint dated 28.03.2024 indicates that a civil suit has been filed between the parties. Samaj, Khari Baoli, Delhi-110006, and expresses concern regarding construction activities undertaken by the respondent on this property. 4.

Upon examining the controversy, the Court finds that the nature of the grievance sought to be ventilated by the parties falls within the domain of a civil dispute. Consequently, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue remedies available under civil law.

The Court is not inclined to direct for any action on his complaint. 6.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed. Pending application is also disposed of.
