The present applications are filed under Section 439(1) (b) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking modification of order dated 10.04.2024. 4.

This Court by order dated 10.04.2024 had granted bail to the applicants and co-accused Raju Ram Nehra in FIR No. 213/2018 dated 14.11.2018, registered at Police Station Lahori Gate.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. The condition 'b' of the order dated 10.04.2024 is modified in relation to the applicants and is directed to be read as under:

"b. The applicants shall appear before the concerned SHO once in two weeks to mark their presence;"

The applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms. 7.
