The instant petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioners seeking following prayers: a) issue a writ of certiorari quashing and setting aside the impugned withdrawal order dated 19.07.2022, whereby recognition of B.Ed. course has been withdrawn by NRC; and/or b) issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order or direction to Respondents to restore recognition of B.Ed. course with 100 seats (2 basic units) of the Petitioner Co institution with consequential direction to Respondents to correct the status of Petitioner institution as a recognized institution for 2 basic units (100 seats) on their website and to inform the af£liating university & the Department of Higher Education, Government of U.P. enabling Petitioner to participate in counselling and admit students..."
