% 22.08.2024 1.
The petitioner appears to have purchased the property bearing No. 113/173-A, situated in Khasra Nos. 680/29 and 679/80, with a land area of 100 sq. yds., located at Gaffar Manzil, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025, on 13.07.2006. The petitioner asserts that in June 2024, upon inspecting the property, she found out that respondent No. 5 had illegally encroached upon the aforementioned land.
2.
The Court finds it implausible that an individual who purchased the land in 2006 would only inspect the property after 18 years. claim appears to diverge from the issue raised in the present writ petition concerning unauthorized construction.
3.
If the respondent-Corporation has taken any action in accordance with law, it would be within its authority. However, in the present writ petition, the Court finds no justification for issuing any mandatory directions at the petitioner's instance.
4.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
