% 07.02.2024 An application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No.391/2018, under Sections 307/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act, registered at PS: New Ashok Nagar, Delhi.

After partly addressing the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the application. Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, the application is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
