By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks modification of one of the terms and conditions of the order dated 01.02.2024.

The applicant contends that he is resident of Kerala and therefore prays that the condition no.(i) directing him not to leave the NCR without prior permission of the concerned Court may be modified. 3.
Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by learned APP for State who states that the charge-sheet has already been filed against the present applicant and the matter is at the stage of framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant undertakes to regularly appear before the concerned Trial Court unless specifically exempted.
