In pursuance of the directions passed by this Court, the respondentMCD has placed on record the Status Report and along with the same, a copy of the reasoned demolition order has been filed as Annexure-A. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD is directed to ensure that the Status Report is placed on the digital record. 2.

A perusal of the demolition order dated 20.09.2024 indicates that the respondent-MCD had directed the petitioner to demolish and remove the residual/remaining unauthorised construction within six days from the receipt of the order.

If the petitioner has any grievance with respect to the aforesaid order, the remedy would lie before the Appellate Tribunal-Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
