At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly and candidly draws attention of the Court to paragraph 8 of the affidavit filed on behalf of the NESTS and submits that the Masters Degree of the Petitioner in Visual Arts from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Gorakhpur University has been accepted as the Petitioner fulfils essential qualifications and appointment letter has also been issued on 09.09.2024.

In light of this, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application.
