The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the revision petition, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 29.09.2025.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, the parties who are husband and wife have arrived at settlement dated 29.09.2025, in terms of which the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present Revision Petition. 3.

He further submits that there is also a clause in the settlement that in the event of default on the part of the respondents, the petitioner shall be entitled to revive the present petition.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present application is allowed and same is disposed of. CRL.REV.P.(MAT.) 353/2025 5.
