In terms of the order dated 22nd July, 2024 passed by District Magistrate, the Petitioners have vacated the property and handed over the possession to Respondents.

In light of the above, counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that, his limited request is for the Petitioners to be allowed to remove their furnishing comprising of Geyser, Refrigerator, Bed, Cylinder, which are lying in a room, which has been rented out to a tenant. In this regard, counsel for Respondents and also Ms. Shweta Johar, daughter of Mr. Som Prakash Bhambri, state that they have no objection, provided the Petitioners remove their belongings in the presence of the police officer(s). 3.
In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the following directions:
a.

Vihar, Delhi], on 8th September, 2024, for removing their belonging comprising of Geyser, Refrigerator, Bed, Cylinder with Stove etc. from the room which is presently being given on rent to a tenant. b.
The SHO of the concerned police station is directed to depute police officer(s)/ constable(s), to ensure that there is no breach of law at the time of removing of the goods.

With the above direction, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application.
