The present leave to appeal is filed under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment dated 01.05.2025 (hereafter 'the impugned judgment'), passed by the learned JMFC, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, whereby the respondent was acquitted of the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in Ct Case No. 59584/2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Celestium Financial v. A. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. 6.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
