The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"1. It is therefore most humbly prayed that in view of the above facts and circumstances, the applicant/accused may kindly be granted an interim bail for a period of 3 months, in the interest of justice in fir no 0053/2019 u/s 302/201/120-B IPC, P.S. BHD Nagar.
2. Pass any such further order(s) in favour of the accused/applicant which this Hon'ble court may deem fit in the interest of justice." 2.
