The learned counsel for the applicants submits that he has been informed that the charge-sheet already stands filed. The said fact is confirmed by the learned APP.

In that view of the matter, the present applications are disposed of giving liberty to the applicants to approach the learned Trial Court for seeking bail.

In case the applicants approach the learned Trial Court within a period of two weeks from today, the interim protection granted by this Court shall stand extended till such period that the learned Trial Court decides on the applications so filed as per law. 4.
