In terms of the order dated 16.09.2025, the affidavit has since been filed dated 03.10.2025. Taking the same into cognizance and also the order dated 16.09.2025, since the present petition has become infructuous, and the same is disposed of in terms thereof. 2.

Needless to say, the petitioner shall not only clear but shall also make all endeavours to transfer all the utility meters, including those of electricity and water, as also render all possible assistance as required for the same, in the name of respondent no.1 within a period of four weeks. 3.
