The present application is filed seeking permission to withdraw the bail application. The application is supported by duly sworn affidavit of the mother of the applicant who is also his Parokar in the present case. The Investigating Officer who is present in Court states that she has spoken to the mother of the accused and she confirms that the present application is filed with the consent of the accused.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the bail application - BAIL APPLN. 4236/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The date already fixed in the BAIL APPLN. 4236/2023 stands cancelled.
