This application has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') praying for the applicant to be granted anticipatory bail in FIR No.305/2023 registered at Police Station: Naraina, Delhi under Sections 498A/406/377/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC'). 2.

The learned counsels for the applicant and the respondent no.2 submit that since the filing of the present application, the parties have amicably settled their disputes. The respondent no.2, who is also present virtually, affirms the settlement.
