At the very outset, it has been informed that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties during Mediation which took place under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. 2.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the above, the petitioner does not want to press his present petition. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent/plaintiff who has joined the proceedings through video-conferencing also submits that the suit in question would also be withdrawn in terms of the amicable settlement between the parties.

Viewed thus, the present petition is hereby disposed of as not pressed in terms of Mediation settlement.
