The petitioners are invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to the respondents with regards to the subvention scheme allotted by the real estate developer viz. respondent No.3/M/s. Supertech Limited and further directions to respondent No.4 to not charge any pre-EMIs/EMIs from the petitioners/homebuyers to recover the outstanding dues payable to respondent No.3. 4.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests permission to withdraw the present petition and file individual writ petitions for each petitioner respectively. 7.

The permission is granted. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to a file fresh individual petition seeking appropriate reliefs as per the law. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
