This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs: "A. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct interview of the petitioner for the post of Deputy Manager (Project Erection/Construction) -at E4.
B. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner with respect to the petitioner's interview for the post of Deputy Manager (Project Erection/Construction) -at E4."

On 22.08.2024, notice was issued to the Respondent. Mr. Akshit Pradhan, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of Respondent and submits that in the interregnum, the representation filed by the Petitioner has been rejected and the order has been communicated to the Petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the said order. The order is taken on record.
