The present petition under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "(a) Allow the instant petition, thereby initiating contempt proceedings against the Respondent No.1 .fc l.junder Sections 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful disobedience and flouting of directions passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs CBI ; (b) Declare the arrest of petitioner on 22/11/23 and the subsequent orders of remand dated 28/11/23, 29/11/23, sending him to custody as illegal being wanton abuse of power, authority and process and being in violation of the binding orders of the constitutional courts and set the petitioner at liberty;

(c) Directions may be issued to respondent no. 2 & 3 to circular the binding nature of the aforesaid judgment amongst its officers. (d) Pass such or other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the above case;" 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing as well, i.e., on 23.04.2025.
