Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayers in the present petition are satisfied, therefore, the petition may be disposed of. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the aforesaid amount has been paid without prejudice as arbitral proceedings are pending between respondent Nos. 4 and 5.
