This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') preferred by applicant/appellant for waiver of cost of Rs. 15,000/- imposed vide order dated 01.12.2023 on the ground that the applicant does not have the financial means to pay the cost was listed on 26.04.2024, when notice was issued to the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 as the said cost was to be paid to him. 2.

Today, learned counsel for the respondent no.2, after entering appearance fairly submits that he has no objection to the waiver of the aforesaid cost of Rs.15,000/-.

In view of the aforesaid fair submission of the learned counsel for respondent no.2, the present application is allowed and the said cost of Rs.15,000/- imposed vide order dated 01.12.2023, is waived. 4.
