At the outset, Mr. Bharat Bhushan, Advocate who was earlier representing the Petitioner, has joined the proceedings through video conferencing mechanism and states that he has no instructions to hereafter represent the Petitioner in the instant petition. 2.

Nevertheless, in terms of previous directions issued by this Court, Mrs. Indra Agarwal has been assessed by the Medical Board of Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi and they have furnished a report dated 27th November, 2024, noting that that psychiatrist impression is to the effect that "no overt Psychopathology [is] present".

In light of the above, Mr. Nikhil Palli, counsel for Respondent No. 2 as well as Mr. Sachin Chopra, counsel for Respondent No. 3 state that the relief sought in the present writ petition is rendered infructuous. 4.

The copy of the report has been handed over across the board and the same is taken on record. The said report unequivocally states "no psychopathology present", therefore, the relief as sought by the Petitioner in terms of a declaration for guardianship of Mrs. Indra Agarwal, in relation to her estate, cannot be entertained.

However, before parting, it must be noted that in terms of the directions issued by this Court on 28th October, 2024, the parties are engaging in ongoing mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of amicable resolution. In the opinion of the Court, such mediation proceedings should continue and in case there is a resolution between the parties, they shall be at liberty to apply to the Court for suitable directions.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of along with pending application(s).
