Learned counsel for the respondents submits on instructions that respondent No.2 is ready and willing to pay the principal amount of Rs.20,998/- to the petitioner within one week if the demand for interest is given up by the petitioner and a fresh electricity connection is sanctioned to respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner shall give up the claim of interest on principal amount of Rs.20,998/- and the fresh electricity connection shall be sanctioned to respondent No.1 upon payment of Rs.20,998/- by respondent No.2 and fulfilling all the formalities by respondent No.1. 3.
In view of the statements of the parties, the respondents have no objection to the setting aside of the impugned order. 4.
With the consent of both the parties, the impugned order is set aside. Respondent No.2 shall deposit Rs.20,998/- with the petitioner within one week from today. Respondent No.1 shall apply for a fresh electricity connection to the petitioner who shall expeditiously sanction the same as per
rules within a period of one week from the date of submission of the complete application by respondent No.1 and payment of Rs.20,998/- by respondent No.2. The petition and the pending application are disposed of. 5.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
