The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 481/2024 of PS Gandhi Nagar for offence under Section 137(2)/64(2) BNS and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Learned APP accepts notice and points out that vide order dated 21.04.2025, the previous bail application was withdrawn after part arguments with liberty to file afresh subsequent to completion of testimony of prosecutrix. It is submitted by learned APP that till date testimony of prosecutrix has not been recorded as informed by the Investigating Officer/SI Bhavna.
