The Petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for production of his alleged partner - Ms. 'C', as he was under an apprehension that she is wrongfully detained by her family, i.e., Respondent nos. 2 to 4.

approached DCP South East, Delhi, however, no action was taken by the concerned authorities.

SHO PS Jaitpur has handed over a Status Report dated 22nd August, 2024 and the same is taken on record. As per the report, it is clear that the girlMs. 'C' wants to stay with her own family. 6.

Ms. 'C' is present before the Court today and confirms the position that she wants to live with her parents and she is under no pressure from them. 7.

In view thereof, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn and accordingly disposed of.
