By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayer(s):

"...a. Issuance the direct.ion to the Ld. Trial court to take appropriate & necessary steps for Speedy trial and concluding the above-said trial Session Case no. 52437/16 arising out of FIR No. 706/2017, SC no. 55/2018, PS Seemapuri within six month case as per the provisions mentioned in law..." 2.

Considering the fact that charge has been framed on 02.06.2023 and prosecution has examined two eye witnesses, no further orders are required to be passed. However, the Trial Court shall make an endeavour that examination of the eye witnesses shall be concluded as early as possible. 3.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
