A Writ Petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to direct the learned Trial Court to expedite the hearing in the Complaint Case No.159/2023 under Section 12 DV Act pending before the Court of learned M.M.

None has appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. 3.

Respondent along with learned Counsel appeared through Video Conferencing. He submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court the Respondent has already put an appearance before the learned Trial Court. 4.

Considering the prayer made in the Petition, it is hereby directed the learned Trial Court shall conduct the proceedings in the Complaint expeditiously.
