By way of the present petition, the petitioner, who claims to be the complainant who had approached the Court with her application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for registration of the FIR, seeks directions for protection as she apprehends threat to her life and security. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the petitioner's aforesaid application seeking registration of FIR pending before the concerned Judicial Magistrate has been allowed vide order dated 17.08.2024.

Learned ASC for the State submits that pursuant to the abovementioned order, FIR No.295/2024 under Sections 376/506 IPC at P.S. Dwarka South, Delhi has been registered. He submits that though the complainant had approached the police with a complaint of certain threats The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. being received, however, the said complaint was vague and no specific details had been provided regarding the persons involved or the threats extended. He, however, submits that the mobile numbers of the beat officer, I.O. as well as SHO would be provided to the petitioner in case of any emergency.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed alongwith the pending application.
