The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "In the light of the above facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to initiate contempt proceedings under the provisions of sections 12 against respondents No.2 & 3 for disobeying the Order dated 21.05.2025 in Case No. 38/2023 passed by District Magistrate Jam Nagar House New Delhi-110001 of The Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 as amended up to date, in the interest of justice. Further pass any order or orders, which may be, deem fit and proper in favour of the Petitioner and as against the respondents, in the interest of justice;"

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the competent authority. 4.
