Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0691/2023 dated 23.07.2023 under Sections 287/304A IPC, registered at PS: Shahabad Dairy, Delhi, in terms of settlement with the Legal Heirs of the deceased. 2.

However, vide Order dated 15.01.2025, it was noted that though the total amount payable was Rs.14,65,275/-, only Rs.9,00,000/- have been paid to the Legal Heirs of the deceased till date. There is no explanation forthcoming for the same.

None is present on behalf of the Legal Heirs of the deceased. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, Writ Petition along with pending Applications is dismissed, with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court afresh, in case, any comprehensive settlement arrives between the parties.
