After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition. He, however, submits that learned Executing Court may be requested to expedite the disposal of the execution petition.

He submits that the suit was decreed way back in the year 2015 and the appeal in question was also dismissed for non-prosecution on 07.01.2023. 3.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Learned Executing Court is also requested to give utmost priority to the abovesaid Execution Petition.
