On 07.11.2024, learned counsel for the Petitioner was directed to procure the original copy of the arbitration agreement in light of the stand of the Respondent that the agreement alleged to have been executed by the Petitioner was forged and fabricated.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the agreement is not traceable.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition as and when the original arbitration agreement is traceable and available with the Petitioner.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
