% 02.05.2016 This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 1207/2014 under Section 354/354A/354D/509 IPC registered with police station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. The FIR in the instant case was registered on the basis of a complaint made by respondent no.2 alleging therein that on 17.09.2014 at about 3 pm she was returning home after taking her children from school. The petitioner stopped her on the way, abused her in filthy language and caught hold of her hand. When she raised alarm then she was saved by his wife. The petitioner is in the habit of using filthy language and indulge in obscene activities daily. He is compelling her to withdraw the earlier case filed by her. She is fed up with his activities and had earlier also informed the police.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that only two cases were got registered by the complainant against the petitioner which has been settled before the mediation centre whereas one case was registered at the instance of Smt. Seema against the husband of respondent no.2. Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations which reflects that the petitioner is in the habit of abusing the complainant and indulging in obscene activities which resulted in registration of earlier FIR also and even before this Court he was not remorse of his activities as it is stated that only two cases were registered against him, under the circumstances, I do not deem it appropriate to quash the FIR. The petition is accordingly dismissed. SUNITA GUPTA, J MAY 02, 2016 mb
