Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek remedy at a subsequent stage. 2.

However, there is one issue of concern that cognizance has still not been taken on the chargesheet which has been filed on 07th November 2023. 3.

Apparently, this is since the FSL report dated 08th March 2024 noted that the alleles generated from the product of conception was biologically related to the alleles generated from the blood of the accused, the Trial Court referred the matter back to the FSL for a much more specific report. Awaiting the report of the FSL the Trial Court has not taken cognizance yet. As a result, the victim in this POCSO matter has also not been examined. 4.
