A medical report under the signatures of Sr. Medical Officer, Central Jail No.11, Mandoli, New Delhi has been handed over, which is taken on record, and reads as under :

"1.

Inmate is currently lodged in CJ-11. Follow up case of long segment distal penile urethral stricture (nearly obliterative) with SPC in SITU and open urethroplasty done on 22.07.2024.

2.

The patient follow up has been going at urology department Safdarjung Hospital and patient last visited on 20.08.24. The doctors examined and it was found that would healthy, patient is voiding well, suggested SPC removal. SPC removed and advised follow up after two months. 3.

Currently patient is stable and vitals are within normal limits."
