After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he confines his request merely to the effect that the application which has been moved by his adversary under Order VII Rule 11 CPC in the civil suit i.e. CS SCJ 1278/2022 be directed to be decided expeditiously by the learned Trial Court. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, states that he would render his best assistance and cooperation in this regard and would argue the aforesaid application at the first available opportunity.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with the request to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the application moved by the respondent herein under Order VII Rule 11 CPC in said By:SONIA THAPLIYAL 15:08:02 CM(M) 3207/2024
civil suit as expeditiously as possible.
