Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 07.08.2024 whereby the request of her impleadment in the suit in question has been declined. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents appears on advance notice. 3.

It has been informed that the petitioner herein i.e. the applicant Shweta Madan has also moved an application seeking review of such order and no order as such has yet been passed with respect to the aforesaid review application. It is submitted that notice has been issued and now such review application is listed on 25.09.2024 before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the petition afresh in case her review application is also dismissed. 5.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed as withdrawn. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
