The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: "(a) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or directions to the Respondents to allow the Petitioners to upload their respective Embassy Certificates/Sponsorship Certificates as 'Ward of NRI' issued by respective Consulate/Embassies and claim their MBBS Seat on MCC Portal;

(b)Direct the Respondents to quash impugned Notice dated 25.07.2025 excluding the Petitioners to upload their documents on MCC Portal as 'Ward of NRI Category' as the same is violative of direction/order dated. 22.08.2017 in W.P.(Civil) No.689/2017 titled as 'Consortium Of Deemed Universities In Karnataka (Codeunik) & Anr. Versus Union Of India & Ors'

(c) To preserve the 15% NRI Category Seats in NEET (UG) 2025 counselling in Deemed Medical Universities till Round Three of the counselling in the spirit of principle set out in W.P.(Civil) The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. No.689/2017 titled as 'Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka (Codeunik) & Anr. Versus Union of India & Ors' (d)Restrain the Respondents to Convert NRI Category Seat to General Seat in Deemed Medical Universities till Third Round of NEET (UG) Counselling 2025 for admission in MBBS Courses." 4.

Mr. Rohit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners clarifying the prayer clause submits that the only concern of the present petitioners is that ward of NRI category has not been included in the counselling. 5.

Mr. Arnav Kumar, learned CGSC for the respondent no.2/MCC submits that the wards of NRI category has not been excluded and a notice dated 02.08.2025 has also been issued by the respondent no.2/MCC clarifying this position. The said notice has been handed over across the Bar, the same is taken on record.

The statement made by Mr. Arnav Kumar is also taken on record and the respondent no.2/MCC shall remain bound by the same. 7.

In view of the above statement, Mr. Rohit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that no further orders are called for. 8.
