Dr Rana, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that he shall withdraw the present appeal as in terms of the order dated 15.07.2025 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court liberty has been granted to the appellant to vacate the property in question by 31.07.2025. 2.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending applications are also disposed of.
