The present petition under Sections 2, 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following "A. Allow the present petition.

B. Initiate contempt proceeding against the contemnor/respondent for will-fully and deliberately disobeying the order dated the Conciliated Agreement dated 04.11.2023 and order dated 05.12.2023 of this Hon'ble court in petition bearing No. HMA No. 3505 of 2023.

C. Declare the transfers made by the petitioner of the properties (movable and immovable) as detailed in para 11 above in terms of clause 1 of the CA in favour of the respondent and confirming party as cancelled and null and void.

D. Direct the respondent and confirming party to execute necessary document and NOC, for transferring back of the properties (movable and immovable) as mentioned in para 11 in favour of the petitioner, by incurring expenses out of their own funds. E. Direct the respondent to refund the amount of Rs. 15 lacs, paid by the petitioner as per clause 2.l(b) of the CA, along with the interest of 18% to the petitioner forthwith.

F.
