We have considered the prayer of petitioner, in the backdrop of order dated 16th January 2024, brought to our notice by the counsel appearing for respondent, made clearly in writ petition W.P. (C) 4771/2023. 2.
It is the case of petitioner that he has already participated in the survey. Once the petitioner has participated in the survey pursuant to the 2019 Scheme, the Town Vending Committee ('TVC') in such an eventuality, is bound to consider the claim of petitioner, as to whether he is The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. qualified for issuance of the Vending Certificate, and if not, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this Court questioning the TVC's decision. 3.
Keeping such reservation / liberty, reserved in favour of petitioner, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition. 4.
This petition accordingly stands disposed of, in above terms, along with pending application.
