Representation dated 12th June 2025, along with the Writ Petition placed on record by the petitioner, can be treated as their dispute/claim. 2.

Mr. Shashank Garg, counsel for petitioners, assures that all necessary compliances, including that of payment of processing fee and other requirements, shall be complied within a period of 2 weeks from today. 3.

This statement is taken on record.

In that view, counsel for respondent no.1 submits that an appropriate claim shall be referred to the Arbitrator within a period of 4 weeks, thereafter.

In view of above statement taken on record, made by counsel for respondent no.1/Registrar of Cooperative Societies, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition, with direction to the Arbitrator to decide the claim referred, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within the statutory The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. period as prescribed under the statute.

We further leave it to petitioner to approach the Arbitrator to seek such interim arrangement, as they desire in accordance with law, as per provisions of the statute; which we expect from the Arbitrator to be decided expeditiously.

This petition accordingly stands disposed of in above terms along with the pending application.
