Counsel for respondent states that affidavit of compliance has been filed on 29th October 2024, along with copy of speaking order dated 5th September 2024.

As per the said order, directions were passed in accordance with judgment dated 27th May 2009 in W.P. (C) 7926/2003; pay of petitioner was fixed in the pay scale of Rs. 3,050/- to Rs. 4,950/-. It was also stated that no recoveries will be made from payments already done, as per the directions of the High Court by order dated 3rd August 2010. 3.

Counsel for petitioner states, that he has no instructions in this regard and does not have a copy of the same.

Counsel for UOI undertakes to supply copy of the same to the petitioner's counsel, during the course of the day, to enable him to take further instructions in the matter.

However, considering that representation has been decided, it is up to the petitioner to take steps in this regard.
