The present petition is filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking to set aside the arbitral award dated 10th September, 2023. The dispute was in regard to contract for "Construction of RCC and RR Masonry Retaining Walls, Gates, Parking, Underground Tank, Covered Carried, External Water Supply, External Fire-fighting, Sewerage, Drainage System, Intake Sums, Field Area, Site Grading, Signages and other Ancillary Worlds for National Institute of Technology Meghalaya at Sohra (Cherrapunji) - Package TV(b) Services".

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the disputes have been resolved amicably. Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with all pending applications, if any.
